The ju-jitsu, or jujutsu or jiu-jitsu (柔術, jujutsu, literally : "Flexibility art"), combines combat techniques that were developed during the Japans feudal era by the samurai to defend themselves when they were disarmed. Movements within forms are still missing. Drawings of images are very small and hard to understand. This seems somewhat impractical for real defense/offence. This is mainly not the way I would teach or do it. The forms need to be simple, clear and understandable.

It would be so good if the pictures are bigger. And I need more explanation about the techniques.
I love the whole jujitsu thing I just don't want to be in Montreal right now. I want to go thrre but people acting like haters. That has nothing to do with jujitsu nor my Gracie family. You have always helped me I love. I actually love working out with you. I would like to fight some more because I have revenge. I want yo be stealth in the middle-aged.
